Failed Delivery / Returns:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or other delivery-related issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Multiple Shipments:
In some cases, items from the same order may arrive separately or at different times.

Address Changes:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We may not be able to change the shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped.
